How I Dealt with Stress, Losing Weight and Being Happy With Help
How I deal with Stress
There are lots of ways in dealing with Stress. Everybody deals with Stress differently and some people are better at coping than others. Everyone is able to adopt strategies to be able to cope better.
The most Stressful job I have had is being a manager because not only do you have you own problems to deal with but you have to support others with theirs.
Being a father has also had its challenges and on times have had me near to breaking point especially when I have had money problems.
The Stress releasing methods I have found that work best for me is exercising, talking, trying something new, reading, watching comedy shows etc, visiting places of interest, spending time with my family, seeking Help from others and anything I know that has made me Happy in the past.
In the next posting I will reveal more on how I have managed to create the Happy moments instantaneously relieving my Stress.
Weight loss
like most people I have had times when ate to much, not eaten enough, worried to much, not exercised enough and as a result put on Weight.
Weight gain affects people differently and for different reasons.
I like most people was fitter and thinner when I was younger. But I lost 3 stone in Weight in less than 6 months and have not and will not ever put on Weight again. All I done was to listen to a CD and read a book; following the instructions.
In my next posting will reveal what CD and book I used to lose Weight.
Happy With Help
Being Happy is the key to everything. People will have different things that make them Happy at different times in their lives. Being Happy is easy. There are a number of things I do to make me feel Happy such as exercising, Talking, thinking, smiling, doing something different, visiting places of interest and watching Happy television programmes. as you may have noticed all these topics are interlinking and there is a common theme to the success of each. In my next posting I will reveal more on how I try to remain Happy and focused all the time. You always need Help to get started.
